History

It all started with the winning of 2 first class Continental RTW tickets from the American Express Wishlist way back in 2007 equivalently delivered with 560K miles. 6 years later with the merger of United and Continental, topping off the account to 700K miles with credit card offers, and a planned Leave of Absence from work, this trip is actually taking place starting 4/3/2013 and ending 6/28/2013.

Vienna - Visually and Culturally Wonderful

We have again had a wonderful time in another city, and we leave Vienna thinking nothing but good bout it. At some point it becomes difficult to take any more pictures when every building around you is just amazing and there are beautiful statues and fountains all over. Add in welcoming and friendly people as icing on the cake. Even after just three nights here, we definitely feel this is a lovely place to be. Here are some random pictures from our explorations.

We had a very traditional Austrian meal tonight that was amazing, and tomorrow we have a 7.5 hr train ride to Zurich!
